Introduction to Sensor

The YOUNG Model 81000RE Ultrasonic Anemometer is a high-precision, maintenance-free sensor designed for accurate measurement of horizontal and vertical wind speed, wind direction, and environmental data. The sensor is individually wind-tunnel tested and factory calibrated, ensuring dependable performance. In addition to standard RS-232 and RS-485 communication, the 81000VRE includes four analog voltage inputs, allowing data from external sensors to be integrated and transmitted through a single serial output for simplified system connectivity.
